GREEN THUMB SUNDAY grape hyacinths

I am so pleased every time I see something 'new' blooming in the yard. I know grape hyacinths aren't that special or unusual, but it is so nice to be out in the yard, enjoying the warm weather, and spot something that wasn't there the last time I looked. I didn't even see these bud, and I have bunches of them all over the yard! Some people don't like these because they can be invasive, but that has not been a problem in my yard.
At any rate, I hope everyone is enjoying spring. Happy GTS!

I love the smell of hyacinth. I grew them one year just for the scent. A lot of work for me just to get a whiff! Love the scent in cologne too. Happy GTS,
Aiyana

They're beautiful! I used to be fascinated by grape hyacinths when I was a kid. I miss flowers this year, since we just moved in. Must plant some for next year!
