GREEN THUMB SUNDAY - Berggarten sage

Last week my oldest daughter, Edge, and I went to a water wise garden during our annual women's weekend, and I saw so many wonderful plants. I loved the purple sage that they used as a ground cover, but this sage was beautiful for it's symmetry. I hope you can get a sense of this in the picture I've posted. I definitely need some of these!

I love the blue-gray color of this plant. It must make a good accent.
P.S. You daughter has an unusual name that I've not heard used before. Is it a nickname?

Regarding my daughter, 'Edge', she has a lovely, common, name, but Edge is her blog nickname because her blog is called Mothering on the Edge!

Sage is one of my favourite foliage plant and it isn't bad in flower either. This one is lovely.

I love the color of this sage. I use a lot of sage in my landscape. I like the varigated sage too. I would love to find some of this for my garden.
Happy Gardening.

The color of the sage is so neat. I will have to look for this next year. Thanks for stopping by.
